The process begins with one-on-one consultation to provide you with the best looking pattern to fit your current style and taste. An experienced designer will come to your home to give you an evaluation and consultation, where you’ll learn all of the design options for your staircase railing.  Our designer will bring iron baluster samples to your home to help you visualize the end product and facilitate the decision making process.

We offer a simple yet comprehensive design tool to help you get started.  Most of our pricing can be done over the phone or via email. If you prefer, you can email or call us with your pattern.

Once you have chosen your pattern and have met with our designer, the installation takes only about a day and when we are finished you’ll have a beautifully designed staircase.
